Welcome to Sky Nature Park. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, services, and facilities. By making a reservation, visiting our website, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Reservations and Bookings

Booking Process

• All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by Sky Nature Park
• You must provide accurate and complete information when making a reservation
• Reservations are not confirmed until payment is received and processed
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any reservation at our discretion
• Guests must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation

Payment Terms

• Full payment may be required at the time of booking or as specified in your reservation confirmation
• We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated on our website
• All prices are in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise stated
• Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed reservations will be honored at the booked rate
• Additional charges may apply for extra guests, services, or amenities

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation by Guest

• Cancellations must be made in writing or through our official channels
• Cancellation policies vary by accommodation type and booking period
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the cancellation policy in effect at the time of booking
• No-shows will be charged the full reservation amount
• Early departures may not be eligible for refunds

Cancellation by Sky Nature Park

We reserve the right to cancel reservations due to:

• Force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions)
• Maintenance or safety issues
• Violation of these Terms or resort policies
• Overbooking or operational issues

In such cases, we will provide a full refund or offer alternative accommodations when possible.

Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in time is typically 2:00 PM. Early check-in may be available upon request and subject to availability
• Check-out time is typically 12:00 Noon. Late check-out may be available for an additional fee
• Guests must present valid identification upon check-in
• Guests are responsible for all charges incurred during their stay
• Room keys and access cards must be returned upon check-out

Guest Responsibilities and Conduct

Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to:

• Respect other guests, staff, and the property
• Follow all resort rules and regulations
• Use facilities responsibly and safely
• Keep noise levels reasonable, especially during quiet hours
• Not engage in illegal activities on the premises
• Not smoke in non-designated areas
• Not bring pets without prior authorization

Property Damage

Guests are responsible for any damage to resort property, including accommodations, facilities, and equipment. Charges for damages will be assessed and charged to the guest's account.

Resort Facilities and Services

• Use of resort facilities (pools, recreational areas, etc.) is at your own risk
• Some facilities may have age restrictions or require supervision
• We reserve the right to close facilities for maintenance or safety reasons
• Additional fees may apply for certain services and amenities
• Wi-Fi and other services are provided on a best-effort basis

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Sky Nature Park shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the reservation
• We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal property
• Guests use resort facilities at their own risk
• We are not liable for events beyond our reasonable control

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Sky Nature Park or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.

Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
